Tuesday, February 1st: Daily Workout

Strength rest day.

Choose one of the follow sports:

Time Trial = 100% effort

Sport/SC/LC/Tri-Utlra
Bike 5 mile 10k/20k
Run 1 mile/5k/10k
Swim 600m/900m/1,500m

Post times, distances and sport chosen.

  1. This was tough, I really struggled. I guess yesterday's workout wore me out more than I though..... 1mi run on TM in 8:20.

  2. 1500 meters in 25:20 = 1:32:40 pace
    Tough swim, exploded on last 300 meters.

    Are we having fun yet ?

  3. Run 1 mile in 8:00 min on TM. Training for Sprint Tri in late Feb and one in Mar.

  4. Did a 2k row today due to the weather and lack of a treadmill, pool.

    7:21 which is a :20 pr. wish i would have been stronger mentally I think I could have broken 7:10 but I "had" to stop 3-4 times.

    I'm having a blast Dave, except the weather. I have a few pair of tights arriving this week. One pair is a recovery type. Can't wait.
