Monday, February 14th: Daily Workout

Perform 3+ hours after CFDC strength and conditioning wod

Run
1k at 85% tempo (work on pose), rest 3:00 x 5

  1. CrossFit this morning and a tempo run this evening.
    5x1000m repeats @ 85% (3 minutes rest in between sets) - did this with Georgia in Lantana. 1st 1000 was too fast and nearly wiped me out (4:11). The rest ranged between 4:31 and 4:38 and I tried incorporating what I learned in my Poe running class. I can feel it in my calves!
