Thursday, February 3: Daily Workout

Strength rest day.

Choose one of the follow sports:

C2 rower: 200 Calories
Treadmill: Max distance in 18:00
Bike: Hold a 105-110 cadence for as long as possible (20:00 limit)
Post times, distances and sport chosen.

  2. OK I rowed at home but I don't think our rower is anything like the C2's so I did my best with 100 cal in 30minutes. I know this is way off when I think about my other rows at the gym.....hmmmm. I'll have to claim a do-over one of these days to see how long that actually takes me. Either way I worked hard and had strong pulls!

    Niki - it definitely looks like a calibration is needed to figure out the equivalent of your rower vs. the C2. Nice work on 30 minutes of rowing!

  4. Only got in shoulder press today. Had 3 good days in a row so I rested my system today.

    Looking forward to a good bike ride tomorrow.

  5. Thanks Cathy! That was rough! I'm sore EVERYWHERE!!! We'll have to get it calibrated :) I have never rowed that long before, whew!

  6. Due to travel I did wed workout Th.
    .77 and .86 first 5 min intervals
    pace on 1 min intervals
    6:30, 6:18, 6:11 6:06, 6:00, 5:47

    Still working on the pacing, especially on a treadmill
