ReplyDeleteOK I rowed at home but I don't think our rower is anything like the C2's so I did my best with 100 cal in 30minutes. I know this is way off when I think about my other rows at the gym.....hmmmm. I'll have to claim a do-over one of these days to see how long that actually takes me. Either way I worked hard and had strong pulls!

ReplyDeleteNiki - it definitely looks like a calibration is needed to figure out the equivalent of your rower vs. the C2. Nice work on 30 minutes of rowing!
Only got in shoulder press today. Had 3 good days in a row so I rested my system today.

Thanks Cathy! That was rough! I'm sore EVERYWHERE!!! We'll have to get it calibrated :) I have never rowed that long before, whew!
