Wednesday, February 2: Daily Workout

Perform 3+ hours after CFDC WOD

Pick one sport: run, bike, swim, row

2 rounds of:
5:00 on; 2:00 off
immediately followed by
5 rounds of"
1:00 on; :30 off

Hold maximal distance possible on each of the set intervals.

    Results:

    .76 miles for 1st 5:00

    .71 miles for 2nd 5:00 (treadmill took forever to start)

    .16 miles 1st (60)

    .20 miles on 2 - 5 (60) kept tread at 11.0

    extremely hard during, but felt awesome after. I'm now doing some hamstring PNF stretching to finish up.

    Still trying to find that "pushed myself hard enough" spot. Was tired when I finished, recovered quickly though so that's awesome.

  3. chose bike intervals for this workout but on a spinning bike at the office gym so do not have distances.
    the 2x5 minutes were not so bad, hough I looked at my watch at 4 minutes wondering how long I had left. The 2 minute recovery was a long time and I was getting impatient after 1:15 of rest.
    The 5x1 minute intervals kicked my butt!

  4. Wod only today, traveled to md for work, 10 k on treadmill in the am.

    Niki, ur right it is hard to find that push myself hard enough spot. It has gotten better though and I think comes with time.
