Perform 3 hours after CFDC WOD

Pick one sport and cover as much ground as possible at 85%

Run: 15 minutes
Bike: 30 minutes
Swim: 8 minutes
Rowing: 12 minutes

    rowed 12:00 and covered 2675 meters
